Summary: We stay at this location each time we travel to see our family. The staff are kind and helpful and the location is always clean. Breakfast is good also. We normally book stays approx., four times a year.

Summary: Our stay was shorter than we had planned. My mom had a heart attack 4 hours after checking in, we had to pack up and check out. I expected somewhat of a charge but it was a hefty $180.00 for 4 hours. We were refunded for Friday but I would think that there are emergency policies in place for things like this that happen and can't be helped. Belive me, I would have much rather stayed thru Friday and have a normal Thanksgiving like everyone else. I won't schedule a hotel stay thru Hotels.com again.
